I had a 50 minute video interview with two team members at director level. While the conversation was overall positive from my side, some of the questions were too specific. For example, they asked if an influencer had ever dropped out of a campaign or if I had ever canceled one. These made me feel a bit caught off guard, as I hadn't faced those exact situations.
Despite preparing for the interview and investing my time, I never heard back from HR -even after I followed up myself. It's now been 3 weeks with complete silence, which feels quite unprofessional for a global agency. A simple update would have been appreciated.
