I had an interview recently, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The process seemed disorganized from the start, and it became clear that the interviewer was not fully prepared to discuss my background and prior experience in detail. I received vague and unclear responses to key questions that left me with more questions than answers. The disorganization raised concerns about the company’s internal processes. Based on this experience, I would not consider applying again or recommend it to others.

Had what was supposed to be an initial call with the recruiter, only to find out during the call it was a full on competency based questions interview. Afterwards got an email saying I was unsuccessful and they went with people who had more suited experience and skill set. When I asked for more feedback, I was actually told it was because I didn't follow the STAR method for every answer, not because of my skill set.
I found the the initial chat was downplayed and feedback is inconsistent.

Question 1
Describe a campaign you've worked on from start to finish etc
The HR person took so long to schedule the first interview, I already gave up when the interview was scheduled. I think I was used as a minimum number of candidates to be interviewed, they weren't serious about my application.
