I've had a range of AP interviews and AP roles in NHS, Cygnet and then decided to look into Caretech. Absolutely disgusted by the experience - they expect far beyond what is outlined of an AP under British Psychological Society guidelines, interviewers interrupt you and belittle you by going on their phone whilst you talk which is off-putting, and the entire process seemed unprofessional. I have also heard similar experiences from AP's who work there so maybe should've listened and saw it as a sign not to apply!
