You will interview at least twice and will interview with not only your hiring manager but likely their manager as well in addition to HR. Cartus uses the Behavioral Event interviewing method so be prepared to give your answers to the interview questions by describing the situation you'll be talking about, what the task/activity/goal was, what actions did you take to complete the task or achieve the goal and what was the result.
