I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Channel 4 in Sep 2024
Interview
The day started off (around 9am) with a maths test (very easy) then we were split into groups and had to complete a sort of pitch exercise, where we needed to decide and rationalise where we would position certain ad campaigns i.e online or broadcast. They then read out the names of around half of the attendees (there were ~40 of us there) who were told to go into a separate room and were then sent home. After that they did interviews with the remaining ~50% of us, which lasted from about lunch time to around 5pm if you were one of the last to be interviewed.
Just all in all a really bizarre interview process for what was essentially a sales position, I also didn't appreciate that I had a 3 hour wait to be interviewed for a position I realised I didn't want at about 11am
