Initial 20 min chat to discuss background. It was really positive. Then a task that I had to send and answer questions on it. All in all they were really positive and said my task was great. But didn't get the job due to someone having more experience than me. Absolutely fine, but I saw who they hired on LinkedIn and they had less experience than me. I'd rather just be told the real reason for not getting the job.
