Interview
Initial screening call with sales manager for your area. If both parties are interested, then you have a formal call with sales manager online. If you move on, you are able to participate on a ride along with another sales representative to learn more about the job directly. You will also likely meet the General Manager at the location but may not necessarily interview. If you move on, you will interview with the Regional Training Director and then with the Regional VP of Sales.
