It was super clear and quick interview process, very well maintained from the HR team, every step included clear feedback which is very rare in general on the French job search market. I liked how transparent the whole process was and I knew exactly when decision would be made etc As an intern recruit I had: HR call (~10 minutes), direct manager video-conference interview (~30 minutes), offline work on a case (which includes two tasks: one easier task for a common sense check and another business case with report creation, similar to cases for consulting jobs), and finally, EU general manager interview (~1 hour) with case discussion / defence.
