I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Coventry Building Society (Coventry, England) in Dec 2020
Interview
The overall process was quite long but not too complicated. Shortly after applied on their career website was invited to do an online assessment which was basically answering calls and entering the details, the assessment was timed. Few days after the assessment I was told the results were good so they asked me to choose a slot for a phone interview, which was around 30min long, just basic questions and one competency question. Shortly after the phone interview I received invite for a Zoom interview with the potential line manager and HR person. The interview itself was over an hour-long, lots of talking about the organization, the role itself, my personal skills followed by 5 competency questions (Make sure you ask them a lot of questions, about them, the role, company, just to show your interest).
3 days after a zoom interview I received a call again offering me a job.
