Cromwell Group Holdings interview questions

​A complete waste of time. I attended an interview at Cromwell for a warehouse role, only to find out the process is a total 'closed shop.' ​The interviewer was incredibly unprofessional, openly admitting to me that he had personally pushed through another candidate's application because her daughter already works there. It was clear from the conversation that the job was already promised to this 'insider' before I even walked through the door. ​It’s a disgrace that they invite external candidates to interview just to tick a box, while openly practicing blatant nepotism and cronyism. If you aren't part of the 'in-crowd' or related to a current staff member, don't expect a fair shot at a job here. They’ve clearly abandoned merit-based hiring for a 'favours for friends' culture.
