Multi-stage process that included at least 5 formal interviews and several informal conversations, each 30 minutes long. Began with Recruiter screening, then manager interview, then “panel” including three leader stakeholders from outside of sales (SE org, CSM org, etc). Progressed to formal role play with area leadership and final stage with VP. I was offered many opportunities to meet with would-be peers and frequent touch points and coaching from the internal recruiter and hiring manager. After the final, the original recruiter negotiated the terms of the offer. From start to finish the process took about 10 weeks. Candidates are roughly scored on “ICE” and culture fit.

Well thought out process which includes a challenging role play to test how well people perform in difficult circumstances and how well they prepare beforehand to ensure they can be professional, articulate, inquisitive as well as being themselves.
