The recruiting process was quite fast and the team at Delta Capita was available and flexible. It took around two weeks to complete three interviews and get an offer, and maybe two more days to get an offer letter and a contract to sign.

They asked if I knew anything about consulting and gave extensive information prior to making an offer They asked a lot of questions about my previous experiences and my preferences so they could give me a role that would suit me the best
