Easy process, CV and some questions and also the right to work documents after that you asked to start training and and then you will be given shifts. It's easy if you prepare.
Brief and to the point with not many rounds to go. Clear communication through out the process. Rounded off with warm and bright personalities to humanise, what is often is a cumbersome, cold and long process.
