Efficio Manager - Consulting interview questions

It was a process of app. 2 months, started by a HR Interview and an AC, followed by an interview with two consultants and a case study session led by other 2 consultants, from Senior Managers up to Directors. I was invited to an office lunch afterwards and finished the process with an interview with the local VP. After the final call, I received a decline without any further explanation. There was no reaction to my request for an interview. Furthermore, an event such as an office lunch should be planned after the VP call. From a candidate POV, this also contributed to some irritation, while the rest of the process was solid.
