Entain interview questions

I applied for a Data Quality & BI QA Engineer position at Entain NCE. The recruitment process was disorganized and lacked basic respect for candidates' time. I was initially invited to an interview. Then, without notice, the process was changed to a technical task. I completed the task and submitted it on time. Complete silence for 3 weeks. When the recruiter finally responded to schedule an HR screening, I replied within 1 hour with clear availability. Another week of silence. I followed up multiple times. No response. I understand that hiring processes can be complex, but basic communication — even a short update — is not difficult. I cannot speak to the company itself, but this recruitment process was a waste of time and deeply unprofessional.

Just a waste of time. They were absolutely no professional leaving me in a limbo for weeks and weeks (2 months) and never answered to my normal and polite requests for a simple feedback. They just disappeared after 2 steps and after I was kind of introduced to a 3rd step already during the 2nd call, the one with the hiring manager that went quite good. Full silence. Then they appeared again out of the blue after 2 months saying that "Although your experience is impressive, the team felt that other candidates were slightly more aligned with what we’re looking for at this stage", the classic bullxxxx... This unprofessional way of proceeding that shows no respect whatsoever for the candidates needs to end.
