Evri Performance Analyst interview questions

I travelled 4 and a half hour each way to meet with the interviewers for what was essentially a conversation. I did a 90 day plan on how I can improve the processes and what ideas I have. Being in the business for 6 years, I knew quite a lot, especially boots on the ground experience. I was interviewed by 2 ladies. The higher manager made it clear she wants to give people a chance and she doesn't want to be lied to. But she also said she has anger outbursts which 100% red flag for an unprofessional environment. All that could have been done over teams which made me realise they have a gross disregards for the job seeker. I didn't receive an offer and no feedback was provided, which again, poor experience for a job seeker.
