Exolum Financial Controller interview questions

The interview process was straight forward. the line manager and the HR manager were present. The general feeling was that the team is under a lot of pressure and the line manager tries to cut costs where ever possible. The role sounded like a combination of 2 roles in one. Also, I've got an impression that many people left, there is a chaos and lack of process in the team.
