2 teams interviews. First with 2 associate directors, second with head of HR and senior associate director. Overall it was a very pleasant and refreshing interview experience. Both interviews I was made to feel at ease, body language of all interviewers was good and felt like they were genuinely interested in what I was saying, nodding, smiling, and acknowledging through body laungage what I was saying. It felt like a conversation demonstrating experience rather than an old fashioned panel interview. I do tend to go into a lot of detail when giving examples and apologised for this but they made me feel very relaxed. Was very good. Slight hiccup on the first interview as the time of the first interview I got double booked, however they rearranged for the next day very quickly.

The interview process was straight forward. After I applied, I got called up by the recruitment team contacted me and then arranged for my availability for the interview. The interview went well as expected, great questions asked and insights given into the job role, responsibilities and expectations. I got the job!!?
