Interview
Three interview - two by phone and one face to face.
The face to face interview was very taxing. I was grilled for an hour. Almost shouted at. It was very strange and I felt very confused and angry about it afterwards.
I'm unsure if this is the standard process but definitely the weirdest interview I've ever had.
First round interview with hiring manger, the Director and was pretty laid back, then I had an interview with the VP of the Proposal Operations team and that interview was a step up in the questioning and detail of my experience. Also was hired interally
