Foundever Team Leader interview questions

The interview was split in 3 different parts, all of them done on the same day: - Competency-Based Questions - Report Excel acitivity - Mock team chat resolving issues There were 2 interviewers and it took around 1 hour and a half to do all these. It was quite interactive and interesting.

Interesting and challenging questions followed up by a technical review from the assistant manager and later on to be reviewed by the operations manager. Overall I would say the interview process was quite friendly and less intimidating like the usual ones out there.
