Question 1
Typical Competency Based questions, like can you describe a time when you had to lead a team through a difficult situation?, tell me about a time when you had to handle a conflict within your team. How did you resolve it?, etc
Interesting and challenging questions followed up by a technical review from the assistant manager and later on to be reviewed by the operations manager. Overall I would say the interview process was quite friendly and less intimidating like the usual ones out there.
