Very smooth process. Done all remote and had no issues at all. Only 3 interviews in total and you have to pass 1 to move onto the next. Overall good process
1. technical intervirew on algorythms. I thought they would expect more but it seemed it was more important to show your reasoning.
2. Leadership and Googliness interview. This felt quite informal and more about showing you're good to work with and are motivated.
3. Project. This was quite a basic app to build. A follow up question was asked in the interview to implement a new feature, but nothing too complex.
