Grainger Commercial Account Manager interview questions

HR 15 min phone they ask you basic management questions bring a lot of energy and you will be passed on 1 hour face to face with DSM 1 hour with another DSM 30 min with VP

Interviewed over the phone with HR rep....lasted about 15 minutes. Met directly with hiring manager for about 45 minutes. Then had a final phone interview with the regional manager. Then offered a position immediately after that. Entire process took about 2-3 weeks.
