3 interviews total. 1 with recruiter (30 min), 1 with hiring manager (30 min) and a panel interview with 6 people from the team(2 hours long, split into 4 sessions, they interviewed in groups of 2. Seemed a little excessive for the job and what little it pays. Pros: Recruiters were extremely responsive and pleasant to work with. Process from beginning to end took a month, but this was also during the holiday season. Cons: Didn't get the job because the job duties listed on the website did not match the job duties described by the team. I wouldn't have applied for this job if the job posting was actually accurate. Additionally, the pay range posted is higher than the actual pay for the role. Lack of accurate info made the interview process a waste of time for me. Interviewers from the team in the final round were obviously sick and tired of interviewing people. Some were a bit unprofessional and just didn't seem happy to be there.
