Good all around. People seemed nice. Demanding hours. They want people with heavy technical analysis background for now projects they are working on. Director was really smart. VP seemed to have a focus on overseas markets

Process consisted of 30-minute slots chats with junior and senior bankers for a few weeks and a technical screen culminating in a multi-round super day. Offer was given the evening of the super day.
