Hargreaves Lansdown Software Developer interview questions

Weeks just to reply to my application, then unannounced phone calls during work hours to discuss the role with no way of responding via email. Finally managed to speak to someone, was told I'd receive availability to book an interview - instead got complete silence. Disrespectful, unorganised and a waste of time. I'd run a hundred miles before applying here again.
