Hines Intern interview questions

Three rounds one with each person on the team. Not technical, lots of behavior questions and feels more driven my HR department rather than the team itself. Very corporate feel to the process.

The process was a bit slow. It was a first interview that was a bit more technical than I thought it would be (considering my non-real estate background). This was followed by a take-home exercise for which the candidate only has 3 hours. In my case, an investment case and whether or not I would make the investment based on financial modeling and other factors. The interviewers were nice but a bit "old style" in my opinion. The rejection was super polite and came with accurate feedback.
