I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Ideagen in Jul 2024
Interview
I am a fresher, so questions were basic. They asked questions related to the project and basic questions of our behavior i.e behavioural questions. And also about programming language. No questions were asked related to coding. They didn't asked me to write a code.
Four rounds — screening call, on-site technical, take-home assessment, and a final interview with senior leadership. Each stage ate into my time and I genuinely put effort into every single one. Got rejected with a copy-paste email, and when I followed up for feedback, got hit with “too many strong candidates.” Four rounds and that’s all you get back. Don’t expect closure if things don’t work out.
