I had a number of interviews and then was asked to complete a "Home Task" which consisted of a not insignificant amount of work. I feel that it is unfair to ask candidates to do such a large amount of work on speculative basis.

Was given an extremely vague brief that I had to create an entire motion graphics project around that ended up taking many hours of my free time to complete.

It was informal chat via zoom, set up by the internal recruiter. Very pleasant conversation with no real pressure with a focus on my craft and experience. Getting feedback initially was difficult
