I applied online. I interviewed at Jaipur Rugs (London, England) in Jul 2025
Interview
I went through a three-stage interview process that, unfortunately, was let down significantly by the recruitment coordination.
Interviews were rescheduled multiple times – usually only after I chased the recruitment contact when the interviewer hadn't shown up for the call. Meeting slots were proposed at 8am on a Saturday and even on a Sunday, which felt unreasonable. After completing the final interview, I never received any follow-up or feedback despite waiting.
I was also sent a pre-interview form requesting surprisingly personal information, including parents' names and the school my children attend. I found this unnecessary and outside the scope of a professional hiring process.
To be fair, the people who did show up to interview me were all warm, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely – which made the disorganisation all the more disappointing. The culture within the teams I met felt positive, but the recruitment experience itself does not reflect well on the company and would give me pause before recommending it to others.

Do you have many contacts within the interior design trade?
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jaipur Rugs (Jaipur, Rajasthan) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process was thorough and well-organized, ensuring that the right person was selected for the position. It consisted of four parts, including a round that confirmed the selection. The process began with an interview from HR, who reviewed my profile. Following that, Mr. NKC interviewed me, asking questions to assess my interests and capabilities. Next, I met with three other employees from the communications department, who evaluated my potential. Finally, I had another meeting with HR to conclude the interview process, finalize my internship, and discuss all necessary formalities.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Jaipur Rugs (Jaipur, Rajasthan) in Nov 2024

Very smooth and amazing experience. The founder was really good. The hiring also was easy. The HR and admin was helpful with the accommodation and process. Everything was sorted with in a week itself
