Interview
Online assessment followed by a one way interview. Applied in October then was invited to a virtual AC in March.
You are required to make a 15 minute PowerPoint presentation on what you believe should be their strategic focus in the next three years. You have 3 days to work on it which is a very tight deadline. There is a case-study group exercise where you discuss as a group what different ideas should be brought forward for the company. The interview was mainly just stuff being asked on your CV. The online platform they used for the virtual AC was often very buggy with technical issues.
There was also a graduate QnA with a current graduate to ask any questions. It was the most laughable thing ever and I was very unimpressed with some of his answers to our questions. One including "What do graduates do in their spare time" with him responding with "I don't hang out with the other graduates".
