Applied through their website. 45 minute discovery call with the recruiter. Told next stage would be a technical exam, sooner rather than later. After two still hadn't had the link. Chased and eventually got the link. Told a score over 70% would get to the next stage. Achieved 85%. Heard nothing from the recruiter, followed up three times and got no reply. Over 1 month later got told "I'm sorry to share that the role has now been filled. The delay in getting back to you was due to how long the final decision took to reach, which meant I wasn't able to keep other candidates updated in the meantime." Couldn't even be bothered to send a 30 second email to keep you updated along the way having wasted my time.

It took seven weeks just to get feedback on the tech assignment — I had to call the recruiter myself, only for him to tell me that anyone scoring below 70 points isn’t accepted. No wonder their Glassdoor reviews are terrible.
