Kite Pharma Research Associate interview questions

The interview process was very straight forward and easy. Two of my interviewers didn't end up asking questions about me but ended up talking about themselves. That was kind of awkward.

The entire process took up to 3 weeks. HR asked 15mins if basic std questions. Hiring manager phone screen was on point technical. Followed by On site interview, had to do a 30 minute presentation on previous projects. Everybody was welcoming and the entire interview process was amazing and conversational overall. Had a positive feeling that I would get an offer by the time I left the building.
