it was online and then a face to face interview which was a light hearted friendly conversation, about past work experiences and also discussing what the nature of the job is. there is a trial shift where you get to both be introduced to what the job is like and also show if you can do a good job at the different tasks.

one time i went above and beyond for a customer in the past
It was in person at their corporate offices. It was a simple process where the recruiter looked at your resume and you answered the generic interview questions. I got hired on the spot.
manager was really nice and made it easy for me to have a interview with him. The staff members was also really nice and bubbly by reassuring me that things will go well.

What makes you think you are suitable for this job
I spoke with the manager and he asked about my ability to work with others, lift items, and if I could work an 8 hour shift. It was a positive interview overall and he was good about asking me questions and answering any questions I had.
