Interview
My questions were openly being marked out of 10 on a scorecard in front of me. Which I found off-putting, unnecessary and unprofessional.
I didn't apply for this job, but was invited in to interview. Still, the first question was 'why did you apply for this job particularly' ... Odd as the person who asked the question knew I hadn't applied for the job!
I was told I'd hear back the following week, I didn't. I asked for some feedback, and was left a voicemail saying I'd get emailed feedback that day ... I didn't. I was then asked to interview for a different position, I declined and asked for feedback on my original interview - nothing. I then received a generic email sent out from their mailing software stating I hadn't got the job, but could have feedback if I wanted to. I decided to give up, and move on.
