Interview
The interview process was quite fast — it took around 20 days from application to final result. During this time, I had an interview with the department manager. Interestingly, the conversation focused more on my resume than on the specific responsibilities of the role. I was told a decision would follow shortly after, but it was only after I followed up that I received feedback, which simply stated I was not a fit. At that point, there were only two days left before the role’s intended start date. It became clear that once they had found a preferred candidate, the urgency or circumstances of other applicants were no longer a priority.

Interview
Very nice talk with the team lead to assess suitability, explain the role, what the tools are that are used, very open a good conversation , plenty of time to ask questions about the role
I had an interview with my Manager on a teams call, and had a chat about the internship, what I wanted to gain from the experience and what I will add to the company.
