The Business Development Co-ordinator role had 102 applicants. 71.2% came through Job Board, 20.6% through external recruiters, 2.9% from employee referrals, 2.9% from web traffic and 2% from organic search. 8 applicants were put forward for first round interviews and 3 for second round interviews. Those who had interviews all came from two separate agencies bar one person who was a direct applicant. Those who were unfortunately not successful were contacted directly via email and we have the records of when these were sent and opened and agencies were informed with interview feedback about each candidate.
