The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MediaCom (Hong Kong)
Interview
A fair chat with HR and hiring manager for the first two rounds. Then took me to wait for two weeks to present the task which instructs to make it not technical but presentable to client marketing team. End up the hiring manager only focused on the technical side and expected to pairing two unrelated metrics for their desired visualization. Also not quite attentive to my presentation, asking questions that already mentioned. They didnt understand the model and logic behind and just say there's error. Apparently it's not. They don't have enough business sense and kind of changing the gate holder. If you aren't intended to do this hiring, can say it upfront rather than playing games.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at MediaCom (New York, NY) in Aug 2024
Interview
Not familiar with the hiring process not for me asked a lot of questions by manager they ask too much details. They want you to tell about your personal experiences during internships
4 stage interview with clear feedback and timely scheduling of the next stage in between. Interviewers are very clear on the structure of the interviews, which are short but allow you to get a good picture of who you'll be working for.
