Medpace Senior CRA interview questions

I was contacted to take an assessment. I was allotted 90 min to print all documents, check for findings/issues in ICF, source data and CRF and to write a short essay. I probably failed the assessment, as I was informed the next day that they proceeded with other candidates.

The interview was Friendly, informative, and relatively technical. I was applying to a specialized role created for Ph.D. grads fast-tracked to leadership roles and helped develop the Clinical Trial Management team.
