      Two interviews were conducted. They were fair and questions were relevant to the role. It was a comfortable process. The first interview was a technical interview and the second was a culture fit interview

      I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Mimecast (Lexington, MA) in Oct 2019

      Interview

      Very welcoming, the interview starts with a tour of the Mimecast building and incredible amenities available to employees. The interview then continued with two separate sessions with two separate teams of interviewers. The first team concentrated more on my employment history, the second concentrated on my technical knowledge, with a role play session of a technical support call. Ended with a short written exam. The whole process took about 2 hours.
