I had 5 rounds of interview , with 3 rounds with Engineering and Product team , 1 HR round and 1 with CTO. And even after so many rounds Moneycorp never bothered to even give a feedback . The recruiter chased them many time , but it was silence. Really surprised , that even when CTO got involved they don't have the basic professionalism to even say drop a one liner . The role was to bring in change , but looks like they need consultancies to imbibe basic professionalism and communication in the organisation. never had such experience in 20 years of career.
