Motorola Solutions Front End Developer interview questions

5 stage interview. I passed the first 2 easily meeting with HR and development head. I was handed out a technical test in Angular, I asked the recruiter if I could use my own framework as I wasn't familiar with Angular, she wrote back it was completely fine to use whatever framework I wanted. I did the test in Next.js/React.js as thats my area of expertise. After 3 weeks go back with little to no responses from the recruiter or dev team, I get an email 3 weeks later "Sorry the dev was on PTO, and you've failed the tech test because you failed to read the instructions and didn't do it in the right framework" despite the recruiter and developer both confirming it would be fine. Extremely unprofessional from what I would expect from a company like Motorola. They didn't even look at my work, and held me on for 3 weeks waiting to just tell me they couldn't be bothered to look at it basically and made up an excuse. They now refuse to respond to emails or calls. STAY AWAY.
