I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Munich Re (London, England) in Dec 2022
Interview
First you must complete the online application with online tests. If successful, there is a zoom call with a current employee. Finally there is an assessment day with a group exercise, an in-depth interview with two employees. During this interview, you need to give a presentation, answer questions related to your background, industry knowledge, logic/ market-sizing etc. During this assessment day, you also have the chance to informally chat with some employees as well, to learn a little bit more about the company.

Question 1
The interviewers seem required to ask at least one "generic interview question". After that it's very much about the position and asking if you know how an actuarial job actually works.
