MyTutor Private Tutor interview questions

The interview was really informal which made me feel at ease. I also had to prepare a sample lesson plan to demonstrate my tutoring style. However, it wasn't the most professional seeming interview, and the decision to hire me was made on the spot, which made me question the rigour of the selection process.

It was advertised online and all you had to do was select your Alevel grades, minimum B's to pass the initial check and study at a good univeristy. The process was online and there was not a lot of questions asked, they were mainly testing your presentation skills.
