NCC Group Project Manager interview questions

I was given a 30 minute activity to complete on my own and plan out on the white board. They interviewers then came back in and got me to talk through the solution, asking questions and challenging some of the decisions I had made. This took about another 30 mins. Followed by a general discussion about my experience and I how I would deal with certain situations. The whole interview lasted just under 2 hours.

I was approached on LinkedIn by an internal recruiter. The process was handled impeccably and within a week I already had my interview arranged and scheduled. Any questions I had were dealt with straight away by Becky, the recruiter I was dealing with, and we were in quite regular contact during the recruitment and interview process. After both of my interviews Becky contacted me to ask how it went and provide feedback which I thought was a excellent piece of the recruitment process. The interviews were formal interviews with my Line Manager and the head of the division but they both made me feel at ease very early in the process and immediately gave me a positive feel for the company I was potentially joining. During my second interview, I had to do a short presentation but again I was made to feel completely at ease which made the process a comfortable one. During the offer stage Becky again was always on hand for any questions/queries I had during the phase and the process was concluded within 3 days from initial offer to me handing my notice in at my former employer. All in all, a very smooth and professionally handled process and a great start to the next phase of my career, a brilliant introduction to what has tunr out to be a fantastic company to work for.
