Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The one key thing they asked me was how I demonstrate NHS values in my work, particularly around communication, confidentiality, and working as part of a team. I was asked to give an example of a situation where I supported patients or colleagues while following policies and maintaining professionalism.
The NHS admin interview process usually includes questions about previous administrative experience, communication skills, confidentiality, teamwork, and handling patient information. Candidates may also be asked scenario-based questions to assess problem-solving, organisation, and ability to work under pressure in a healthcare environment.
Good experience I felt they weee friendly and very short but I felt they just were doing a tick box instead of selling myself , I met the team went around the ward and that sort of thing so I’m very pleased
Applied on the NHS jobs website, where I filled out personal information and wrote why I was a suitable fit for the role and how I match the criteria for the role. Consisted of a series of questions relevant to the duties of the role being applied for.
