National Express Customer Service Advisor interview questions

Applied online. Couple of weeks later invited to group interview at Birmingham branch. group interview consisted of 12 individuals split into two groups and took turns to conduct group interviews whilst one group waited which almost took the whole day. Group activity was just to see how well we worked as a team. Once group activity was conducted everyone had a one to one with two managers who each asked some baisic questions. A week after the interview i got job offer. Once you get offer and before you start work they do some baisic drug/background tests and checks

I had applied for the job in which i had recieved an email regarding a call back for a phone screening. I had called back and answer the recruiters question which were fairly basic and easy to answer. And on the same day i received and email for an interview in store and for that reason i was happy about the process
