Interview
The interview was quite easy. I was first put in a room with a group of other candidates before I had a 1 to 1 session with two interviewers, then I was given a role play assignment with other candidates (it was like a simulation of what a phone call could be about and what options I’d have to pick to give the best resolution to the customer).
