Following initial screening and an online HR interview, I completed an on-site stage involving a logical test, a presentation, and a final face-to-face interview to conclude the recruitment process. The first 30 minutes interview was ok but the interviewer came in a bit late.
The representative asked quite generic questions but seems very dishonest and dodgy about moving to the next stage. The feedback is grossly untrue with vain promise to move to the next stage. Curiously, former employees also complained bitterly about practices in the company with a lot of negative feedbacks.
I felt companies like this should be blacklisted on Glassdoor to reduce the trauma of narcissistic behaviour of representatives on job applicants.
The company is obviously a terrible company to work for or get interviewed for.. Avoid at all cost and if possible blacklist from showing up on your job alerts or feeds.
