Interview
The over all interview process was quite lengthy and had so many levels. I spoke to 6 people during a span of 3 months. They continuously showed interest and always indicated to hire and eventually just did not give an offer with no explanation whatsoever. It was extremely unprofessional and immature for an organization to do such a thing. They have no idea what they are doing!

Despite the recruitment process covering few months, I received prompt feedback for every step the communication was open and very professional and everyone involved in the interview was flexible towards my time. You can immediately feel the great vibe of the company by speaking to the people.

Interview
The interview process went quite smoothly, I have had an interview with Team Lead, 2 managers and the country manager of the region for which I was applying for.
The interviewers were smart, they were open and did perfectly answer to the queries I had.
I found the interview process very pleasant if I can term it like this.

The main interview questions were about my professional background, my motivation. There were no hostile or "trick" questions
