      I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at OCS Group (Manchester, England) in Jan 2017

      Interview

      Interview took place at Manchester Airport for a role which would ultimately be based there. There were 2 x interviewees, the hiring manager and a colleague who held the Customer Service Manager role at one of their other locations. Both made me feel relaxed and provided a good outline of the position and insight in terms of their career development within the business. The questions were scripted and answers were collated onto a form, which was being completed by the hiring manager. Interview last a little over an hour and there was ample opportunity to discuss the content of my CV and relevant experience, which could be brought to the role.
